This is an healthy alternative to corn chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Flat bread with Yogurt from Olga's Healthy Choice

140 g whole grain flour
120 g corn flour
60 g wheat flour
60 g bran
1 tbsp salt
300 g low fat yogurt
100 g skim milk

Recipe Directions for Corn Flat bread with Yogurt from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Mix all the ingredients and prepare a nice doug. Keep at least an hour at room temperature the doug, covering the container with a kitchen cloth.

  2. Then, divide the doug 15 or 16 small pieces.

  3. With doug roll, prepare flat rounds from each pieces.

  4. Prepare baking oven to 250 o C (in electrical oven).

  5. Place baking papers on trays. Put each flat pieces of rolls on a baking tray and bake them till they turn nice golden colour.

  6. You can keep them in plastic packs after covered with soft napkins for weeks as fresh.

  7. You may warm it up in oven just for a few minutes before serving.
