Version that I made up myself after trying someone else's.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Flake Potato Casserole

3 cups Corn Flakes
3 tablespoons Butter, light
5 medium potatoes
1 can (10.75 ounces) Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 cup Sour Cream, light
2 green onions, chopped
1 dash of garlic powder
1 dash of pepper

Recipe Directions for Corn Flake Potato Casserole

Peel & dice potatoes. Add everything except for the corn flakes & butter. Mix and put in 9 X 13 pan. Crush corn flakes and cover casserole then drop bits of butter on top of the casserole. I use Smart Balance Light. Bake until potatoes are tender!!
