Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Edamame-sesame salad

2 T olive oil
1 T vinegar
2 t soy sauce
2 cups edamame
1 cup corn
2 T sesame seeds
1 t salt

Recipe Directions for Corn and Edamame-sesame salad

Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Boil edamame for 3 min; add corn and boil for another 2 min. Drain and run under cold water until cool. Combine with dressing and sesame seeds. Salt to taste. Cover and chill for 15 mins.
