Recipe Ingredients for Corn Custard

15 oz creamed corn
2 eggs
3 tbls sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup low fat milk
3 tbls butter

Recipe Directions for Corn Custard

  1. Mix ingredients, bake at 375 for 1 hour

  2. Best with whole or 2% milk

  3. For doublle batch, bake about 1.5 hours.
