Great for those cold winter nights

Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Crab Chowder

14 3/4 ounce creamed corn
2 cups raw potatoes, cubed
2 cups skim milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 chicken bouillon cube
8 ounces crab meat
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp light margarine
1 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Corn and Crab Chowder

  1. In a medium-size sauce pan, combine potatoes, onions, water, chicken bouillon cube, light margarine, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil and cook covered for about 10 minutes.

  2. Add milk, corn, crab meat, Old Bay Seasoning, red pepper, and garlic powder

  3. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Be careful not to scorch it.
