Recipe Ingredients for corn chowder (tofu)

2/5 tsp olive oil
226 g onion
167 g green pepper
418 g creamed corn
7 oz. tofu
1 T. chicken bouillon

Recipe Directions for corn chowder (tofu)

  1. Saute onion and pepper in olive oil. Add crushed red pepper to taste. When vegetables are transparent, add creamed corn.

  2. Process tofu, bouillon and a bit of water until smooth.

  3. Add to corn mixture and enough water to make 6 cups. Adjust seasonings.
