Recipe Ingredients for Corn Chowder

1 medium onion chopped
6 cups frozen corn
3 cups chicken stock
1/2 c red bell pepper
1/2 t chopped rosemary
1/2 t dried thyme
1/8 t black pepper
1 Cayenne pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Corn Chowder

Saute onion in medium heat with cooking spray until translucent. Add 4 cups corn to soften and sautee for 4-5 min. Add 2 cups chicken stock. Cook 20 minutes. Blend mixture until smooth. Add remaining corn, pepper, broth and seasonings. Cook for 10 minutes longer.
