Perfect served with crumbled turkey bacon, chopped green onions, and shredded cheese: a real treat for a cold winter evening or even with a summer barbecue.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Chowder

2 cups potato
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup milk
1 tbl cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Corn Chowder

Combine potatoes, broth, onion, celery, and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are just tender. Add frozen corn and parsley and wait for broth to begin simmering again. Combine milk and cornstarch; stir into simmering broth and stir until thickened.
