Linda's corn Chowder.. first 3 corn is creamed.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Chowder

1 medium sweet onion
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
4 lbs red potatoes
28 ounce chicken stock
10 ounce vegetable stock
2 tsp black pepper
42 ounce corn
14 ounce corn
3 tsp onion powder
1/2 quart fat free half and half

Recipe Directions for Corn Chowder

Sautee onions and butter until onions are translucent. Cook red potatoes 3/4 of the way through. Add potatoes , onion mixture, black pepper, salt and onion powder to the stock. Add cream corn and whole kernel corn. Once stock is warm add half and half (DO NOT BOIL). Warm and serve.
