Recipe Ingredients for Corn Chowder

2 large onions
2 tablespoons flour
4 cups vegetable broth
2 large potatoes
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cream
4 cups corn
2 bell peppers

Recipe Directions for Corn Chowder

  1. Finely chop onions. Fry with a little sunflower oil.

  2. Mix in flour when onions are beginning to brown.

  3. Transfer to a large pot and add broth.

  4. Dice potatoes and add to soup.

  5. Cook for a while.

  6. Mix milk and cream then add.

  7. Dice bell peppers and add to soup. Add corn. Cook until all ingredients are warm.
