Hearty and delicious, served with tortilla chips and garnished with a sprig of cilantro and sprinkle of shredded cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Chowder

6 cans Cream of Chicken soup
28 oz chicken broth
32 oz. frozen corn
4 cups cooked diced chicken
24 oz. tomatoes with green chilis
17 oz creamed corn
16 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Corn Chowder

  1. In crockpot, mix cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir together.

  3. Set crockpot on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips and garnish with sprig of cilantro and shredded cheese.
