Light sweet hot corn soup. Tastes great if you add a little red pepper and curry powder.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Chowder

1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
1.75 cup, diced Celery
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
4 tbsp chopped Shallots

Recipe Directions for Corn Chowder

Cook onions, garlic and celery in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Blend for a smooth texture.
