Recipe Ingredients for Corn Chowder Light

15 1/4 oz whole kernel corn, drained
4 russet potatoes, chopped
1 onion, finely minced
1 tsp. salt
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cajun seasoning
3 cups skim milk
4 tbsp. Promise Fat-Free Buttery Spread

Recipe Directions for Corn Chowder Light

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Cover, turn to LOW, and cook for 7 to 9 hours.

  3. Stir in pepper, milk and buttery spread and cook on HIGH for another 60 minutes.
