Recipe Ingredients for Corn Chowder 2 -- vegan

24 oz corn, frozen
4 cups almond milk
4 cups water
8 servings Chicken Base
6 large red potatoes
2 T corn starch
2 large onions, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Corn Chowder 2 -- vegan

  1. chop veggies. sautee onions in olive oil, add remaining veggies (except corn and celery) and simmer in 4 c water until tender

  2. add milk, base. stir until base is disolved and all is warm.

  3. add corn, celery, and stir over heat until all is warm

  4. add cornstarch, cook until thickened, sprinkle with a bit of paprika and serve
