Recipe Ingredients for Corn Casserole

3 1/2 c corn
1 1/2 c milk
4 T margarine
4 T flour
1 tsp salt
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Corn Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Drain 1/2 c corn liquid into measure cup, and add enough milk to measure 2 cups

  3. In saucepan, heat margarine and flour until paste. Slowly add corn/milk liquid over medium heat and stir constantly until thickened.

  4. Remove from heat.

  5. Add corn and slowly add eggs.

  6. Pour into greased casserole and bake for 45-50 min. until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
