418 grams corn
432 grams whole kernel corn
240 grams jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1 stick margarine

Recipe Directions for Corn Casserole

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray Non-stick cooking spay in 9x13 dish

  3. Melt one stick of margarine

  4. Beat two Eggs in bowl

  5. Combine cream style corn, whol kernel corn, corn muffin mix, margarine, and eggs in mixing bowl. Blend well and then pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is done.
