A soft blend of corn and corn meal. Should be thick but softer than regular corn bread, more like a thick paste on the inside with a crunchy outside crust.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Casserole

2 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1 can yellow corn
1 can creamed corn
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Corn Casserole

Combine all ingredients and bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until middle is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
