Yummy corn casserole, good for potlucks or anytime, also tasted great with chopped spinach added. Equals 7 Points Plus when recipe is cut into equal portions.

Recipe Ingredients for corn casserole

1 can+12+oz+yields Corn
1 can creamed corn
2 large eggs
1 stick butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup flour
1 T baking powder
3 T sugar
1/2 cup cornmeal

Recipe Directions for corn casserole

  1. Combine all but half of cheese in a bowl.

  2. Pour into a large, greased 13x9 baking dish

  3. Bake at 350* until center is set & casserole is slightly golden, 35-40 minutes

  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese & bake 5-10 more minutes
