Recipe Ingredients for Corn Cakes

1 cup cornmeal
2 large egg whites
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Corn Cakes

  1. Mix first three ingredients and slowly add water until good consistency.

  2. Lightly spray pan on medium high heat.

  3. Drop batter and cook until bubbly on top, thin flip and cook until brown on both sides.
