Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Broccoli Casserole

14 oz creamed corn
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups corn
1 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Corn and Broccoli Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Stir together cream corn and flour in medium bowl until combined.

  3. Stir in regular corn, broccoli, onions, egg, and pepper.

  4. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with Pam.

  5. Spoon mixture into pie plate and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until set.
