Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread

1.25 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
20 tablespoons Yellow Corn Meal
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Organic Reduced Fat Milk 2% Milkfat
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread

  1. Mix all ingredients just until moistened.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees in a greased 9" casserole dish for 20 minutes (until golden brown and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean).
