Makes 12 servings



High in fiber. Applesauce instead of oil. Eat with honey.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread

4 serving (Bakers
1/2 cup Yellow Corn Meal
1 1/2 cup Original Cereal
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 serving Natural No Sugar Added Apple Sauce
2 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread

  1. Combine all ingredients together. Pour into greased 11x7" pan.

  2. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.

  3. If you double everything, pour into 9x13" pan. Recipe originally called for oil instead of applesauce.
