Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread

1 cup Flour, All Purpose
1 cup Cornmeal, Whole-grain, Yellow
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 tsp Baking Powder
0.75 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 medium Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Butter

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread

combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, b aking powder and salt. Add the milk, eggs & shortening. Beat for 1 minute. Pour into a greased 9" square baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min or until bread is golden brown and tests done.
