Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread

1.75 cup Enriched Unbleached White Flour
0.75 cup Cornmeal, Whole-grain, Yellow
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
1.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
