Recipe from back of Martha White bag

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread

2 eggs
1 c skim milk
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 c corn meal
1 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix.

  2. Bake in 8 or 9 inch square pan at 450F for 25 minutes. Or, fill 12 muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 15-20 minutes.
