Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup corn meal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread

Stir sugar and egg until blended, add oil. Beat until smooth and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a greased 10x10 baking pan, bake @ 375 for approx. 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Serve warm.
