Recipe Ingredients for Corn bread pudding

1 serving jiffy cornbread mix
2 large Egg, Whole
1.75 cup Sweet Corn Cream Style
4 oz Sour Cream
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
4 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for Corn bread pudding

  1. Combine eggs, 1 can of cream corn, sour cream, salt and pepper. Add Jiffy Corn bread mix and stir until fully incorporated.

  2. Bake at 375 for 30-35 min.
