Recipe Ingredients for Corn bread muffins

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 T honey
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1/4 cup applesauce
1 T Olive oil
1 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Corn bread muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

  3. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray or line with muffin liners. Portion batter in pan, bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
