Recipe Ingredients for Corn bread muffins w. cheese

3 eggs, large
1 c milk, 3.8%
3/10 c oil
1 c yogurt, plain
1 c cottage cheese
60 g feta cheese
3 tbsp cream cheese
80 g mozzarella
1 1/2 c corn flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/10 c heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Corn bread muffins w. cheese

Mix all the ingredients (except mozzarella) together in a large bowl. The consistency should be pancake batter-like. Fill 12 muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle mozzarella over. Bake on 350F 20 min or when the skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Wait for it to cool and take out of pan.
