Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread Light

1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup Splenda
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread Light

Preheat oven to 400 degF. Spray 8 or 9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, applesauce and egg whites, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until wooen pick inserted in center comes out clean.
