the best cornbread ever. I omitted the sugar from the original recipe because I don't like my cornbread sweet.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread GF and awesome

2 cups Rice Flour, White
2 cup Corn Starch
3 oz Tapioca Starch
1 oz Xanthan Gum
0.25 cup Butter
2 egg Cage Free Organic Eggs
0.5 cup Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
0.67 cup Yellow Corn Meal
2 serving Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread GF and awesome

  1. I mixed wet ingredients in a vitamix blender, then added dry ingred and blended only until mixed.

  2. Baked at 350 for 25 minutes
