Corn bread with various items from kitchen cupboard or frig added to middle before baking.

Recipe Ingredients for Corn bread w/ everything

1 c Yellow Corn Meal
1 c flour
1/4 c sugar
1 T baking powder
1 t salt
1 c Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 avocado
1/2 c feta cheese
1/2 c sun dried tomatoes
1 T onion
1 t garlic

Recipe Directions for Corn bread w/ everything

Mix cornbread per directions on box, pour half into greased baking dish, add a layer of whatever you like (cheese, corn, peas, tomatoes, onion, garlic, etc), saute onion & garlic first - then pour rest of cornbread mix on top and bake as directed.
