Home made corn bread, half size, good for 1 or 2 people

Recipe Ingredients for Corn Bread, 6

1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
1/8 cup canola oil
3/4 cup cornmeal, whole-grain, yellow
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/8 cup sugar
1 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Corn Bread, 6

  1. Heat oven to 425F.

  2. Grease 6" skillet or cake pan and pre-heat in oven.

  3. Mix dry ingredients well in large bowl.

  4. In second bowl mix egg, milk, and oil.

  5. Combine the the two bowl and mix well.

  6. Pour batter into heated and greased pan.

  7. Cook for 20 minutes ar 425F.

  8. Eat
