3 ear, large (7-3/4" to 9" long) yields Corn, Sweet, White
15 oz Black Beans
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
6 Teaspoon Juice
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Corn and Black Bean Salad

Shuck corn and cut off kernels and scrape milk out of cob. Combine the rest of the ingredients.
