Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Black Bean salad

1/3 c olive oil
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tbs lime juice
1 tsp paprika
31 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
2 c corn, frozen then thawed
1 orange bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1/3 c chopped cilantro
2 jalepeno peppers, seeded and minced
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 t pepper, freshly ground

Recipe Directions for Corn and Black Bean salad

Whisk together oil, balsamic, lime juice and paprika. Add beans and remaining ingredients; toss well to coat. Cover and let stand one hour, tossing occasionally. Makes 6 cups.
