Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Black Bean Pizza

1 tomato
1 cup black beans
2 cups corn
2 tablespoons cornmeal
1 pound pizza dough
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Corn and Black Bean Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine diced tomato, beans, and corn.

  3. Sprinkle the cornmeal evenly on a large baking sheet. Roll or stretch dough to make a 12-inch circle and place on top of cornmeal.

  4. Evenly spread barbecue sauce on crust, then sprinkle with bean and vegetable mixture, topping with an even sprinkling of cheese.

  5. Bake 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
