Chili with corn, black beans, kidney beans and pork loin

Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Black Bean Chili

28 oz crushed tomatoes
28 oz peeled tomatoes
211 gram whole kernel corn, canned
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
2 medium onions
1 clove garlic
3 tbl chili powder
1 tbl cumin
440 grams black beans
440 grams kidney beans
227 grams pork loin

Recipe Directions for Corn and Black Bean Chili

  1. cook peppers in olive oil

  2. add onions, cook until soft

  3. add chopped garlic, cook until soft

  4. add tomatoes, stir

  5. add spices, stir

  6. cook for 25 minutes

  7. sautee diced pork in .25 tbsp of olive oil

  8. add to chili

  9. after 25 min. add the beans and corn, cook for an additional 10 min.

  10. Serve
