Recipe Ingredients for Corn, Black Bean and Avocado Salad

16 oz Black Beans
3 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 serving, raw Cilantro
1 lime yields Lime Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Corn, Black Bean and Avocado Salad

dice all vegetables; add olive oil, lime juice and choice of 3 tsp chili powder(s). Toss. Serve cold (best on whole wheat tortillas).
