Recipe Ingredients for Corn & Bean Salad

3.5 serving (Great Value) No Salt Added Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn
3.5 serving (Great Value) Black Beans
1 cup Coriander Leaves
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 serving (Great Value) All Natural Crushed Tomatoes
1.5 serving (Vigo) Hearts of Palm
2 serving Sea Salt
1 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Corn & Bean Salad

  1. Chop onions finely. Chop Coriander coarsely. Slice palm hearts into 1/2 inch rounds. Place in mixing bowl.

  2. Drain corn and black beans of liquid. Remove tomatoes from juice.

  3. Add corn, beans and tomatoes to bowl. Add salt & pepper.

  4. In small bowl, mix together lime juice, olive oil and honey. Pour over other ingredients and toss gently until coated.
