Recipe Ingredients for Corn and Basil Quinoa

1 cup Quinoa
0.25 cup chopped Red Onion
0.25 cup, halves Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Corn and Basil Quinoa

  1. Toast quinoa in oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly fragrant.

  2. Boil quinoa until tail begin to peel away (some centers may still look solid white).

  3. Chop Basil and Julienne peppers.

  4. Once quinoa is cooled, combine all ingreidnets and mix.
