Recipe Ingredients for Corkscrew Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

8 oz dry Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Pasta
6 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.13 cup Cornstarch
4 cup Organics Organic Chicken Broth
4 tbsp Cream Cheese Light
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Corkscrew Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

  1. Cook pasta, broccoli & chicken, set aside.

  2. In medium saucepan, whisk the milk and cornstarch until smooth. Whisk in broth and place over low heat. Add cream cheese, garlic and pepper. Bring to a low simmer and cook until sauce thickens, about 4 minutes. Whisk in the Parmesan and cook 1-2 more minutes, or until smooth.

  3. Toss all ingredients together with sauce in a large serving dish until evenly coated.
