Green chutney a cool side dish for idlis, dosas etc. Also a sandwich spread.

Recipe Ingredients for Coriander chutney

1 cup coriander, cut fine
2 tbsp chickpeas, dry roasted
1 tsp tamarind
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp black bean
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Coriander chutney

  1. Grind together coriander, chickpeas, tamarind and salt.

  2. heat oil, splutter mustard, add black bean and when it turns golden brown add to coriander paste and mix.
