Recipe Ingredients for coquille St Jaque

8 oz Scallops Fresh Seafood
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
2 clove Garlic
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
0.75 Glass Wine
2 egg Eggs
2 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for coquille St Jaque

  1. melt butter add chopped onion, mushrooms, & herbs,

  2. Add washed scallops

  3. Add wine & Lemon to taste

  4. Mix corn starch , & Egg yoke and blend over low heat.

  5. Sprinkle Cheese over before serving
