Recipe Ingredients for Coq au Vin

8 oz bacon
2 1/2 lbs chicken meat
1/2 lbs carrots
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 oz brandy
375 ml red wine
1 cup chicken stock
1 oz thyme
2 T butter
1 1/2 T flour
10 oz pearl onions
1/2 lbs mushrooms
2 T olive oil
