2 medium red onions
1 green pepper
1 large cucumber
2 stalks celery
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Peel and chop tomatoes and onions

  2. Chop green pepper, cucumber, celery

  3. Add olive oil, vinegar and cayenne pepper

  4. Process in batches in food processor until not quite smooth.
