Recipe Ingredients for Cool Cucumber Salsa

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1/3 sweet onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Cool Cucumber Salsa

In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumbers, tomatoes, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, dill, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
