Recipe Ingredients for Cooks Country Glazed Meatloaf

1 cup Ketchup
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2.5 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
0.05 tsp Hot Stuff Sauce
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
17 ea Crackers Saltine Crackers Original
0.33 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
454 grams Lean Ground Beef
454 grams Ground Pork
3 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
0.5 tablespoon Thyme
0.67 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Cooks Country Glazed Meatloaf

  1. Ketchup, vinegar, sugar and hot sauce get combined and simmered to make glaze.

  2. Combine all of the other ingredients (Crush crackers fine) and free form into a loaf. Place on foil lined pan and bake at 475 degrees until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
