1/8 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp dry white wine
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp pepper
2 pounds skinless chicken
2 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Cooking Light Chicken Burgers

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide the chicken mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2" thick patty.
