Recipe Ingredients for cookies-reduced sugar chocolate chip

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oats, ground
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup splenda
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for cookies-reduced sugar chocolate chip

  1. cream sugars with butter and then mix in vanilla and egg replacer. Separately sift all dry ingredients. Incorporate into creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.

  2. Cook at 375 degrees for 9 minutes. Cool and serve.
