Recipe Ingredients for cookies

1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for cookies

  1. Beat sugar, applesauce, flaxseeds, molasses and ACV until well combined and let rest for about 10 minutes

  2. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.

  3. Add vanilla then stir in oatmeal, raisins and chocolate chips

  4. Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes, until done.
